As a San Pablo resident, we opposed the proposed development plan change to add apartments, warehouses, multi-family, and other uses that were NOT in the original plan for our community. As the front door of our neighborhood, we believe that maintaining the integrity of the plans and the beauty of the preserve buffer is a top priority.
